On Sept. 4, the sixteenth anniversary of the passing of Steve Irwin, the Crocodile Hunter big name’s daughter Bindi Irwin paid tribute to her dad on social media and printed his heartwarming new nickname.
“Grandpa Crocodile, I do know you can’ve been essentially the most unbelievable grandfather since you had been such an odd dad,” she wrote on Instagram on Sep. 4, relating to her 17-month-daughter Grace Warrior Irwin Powell, who she stocks with husband Chandler Powell. “Thanks for being a great parent angel for Grace.”
In conjunction with the message, the 24-year-old shared a throwback pic of her and her dad in matching headlamps as she proudly holds a child alligator in her palms.
Simply weeks previous, Bindi shared a heartwarming video of Grace Warrior appearing her personal love for her maternal grandparents on the Australian Zoo.
“Tears in my eyes as I proportion this video,” she wrote on Instagram Aug. 25, with a clip of the infant strolling as much as a mural that includes Steve, his spouse Terri Irwin and a koala undergo. “We name my ma and pa, Bunny and Grandpa Crocodile with Grace.
